We own and manage quality rental houses, predominately in the Northern Suburbs of Wellington – Johnsonville, Churton Park and Grenada Village.

The majority of our rental stock has been built within the last 5 years, therefore the foundation and wall insulation are above the current levels set in the Building Code and the windows are all double glazed. Most of our homes come with some form of internal heating, being either gas central heating or high-efficiency gas heaters.

 

As we are both the owner and manager of our rental stock we prefer long term fixed tenancies. This gives you the tenant peace of mind that you can remain living in your home for the long term.
